New Sample Album!

Winter is usually a time for us to relax from the crazy-busy summers, but it’s also a time for us to revamp some things on the business side of…well…our business. Some of the items that need to be done are not so fun – you know, like taxes and other businessy stuff. While other things are pretty exciting – which brings me to this lovely blog post.;)YAY for a new sample album! We’ve partnered up with a fabulous album company, Leather Craftsmen, to bring you this beauty.

My favorite piece: our logo embossed right on the box. It’s like we’re legit.;)

One of the reasons we chose this company is the number of customization options for covers. They have oodles and oodles (really? Oodles didn’t show up as misspelled? Weird…I never thought it was actually in the dictionary. Something new I’ve learned this morning!) (Ahem…pardon my randomness.) of premium cover options: leather, faux-leather, weave fabric, cloth. We went with a split-tone option of leather on the spine and a beautiful Japanese book cloth for this album.

All the images are mounted flush to the page.

The pages are a durable, heavy board stock that will last for years to come.

There’s no linen hinge – meaning there’s no gutter in the middle of the album so the pages lay flat.

And when the album lays flat, we can display photos across the entire spread of the album. (Terri & Drew, you guys look good.):)

If there are any past Bungalow clients that are interested in seeing the album IN ALL ITS GLORY, we’d be happy to meet up over a cup of coffee and talk about designing an album for you.:)

Cheers!
